Once you have purchased VMware Fusion 3, you will receive a licensing confirmation email with your license keys or you can retrieve your license keys from the license portal.
Technical Support for VMware Fusion
Your VMware Fusion 3 license entitles you to 18 months of complimentary email support after product registration. Your VMware Fusion 1 or VMware Fusion 2 license entitles you to 30 days of complimentary email support after product registration. Telephone support is available by purchasing Per Incident Support from the VMware Online Store (available in 1, 3, and 5 incident packs).
